Originally constructed in 1979 and formerly home to the Queensland Government for circa 43 years, Dexus invested into the property vacant possession in 2024. The project has transformed the existing asset into 1,180 beds of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) within the Queen’s Wharf precinct.

  • Over 1000 rooms with CHW FCU’s
  • Central and local Ventilation systems
  • Stairwell Pressurisation systems

    • Floor by floor staged hydronic flushing using mobile flushing rigs.
