Herston Quarter is a $1.1 billion long term re-development that will involve multiple integrated buildings, including a new specialist public health facility, a new private hospital, aged care and retirement living, residential and student accommodation, childcare and car parking. Currently early works are underway and complex re-diversion of the chilled water pipework was carried out.
